1. Data Collection and Processing Essentia Clear is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data, photos, videos, or contacts. All scanning, image analysis, and artificial intelligence processing are performed entirely locally, "on-device," leveraging Apple's native frameworks (Core ML and Vision). Your media never leaves your iPhone.
2. Photo and Contact Library Access The App requests access to your Photo Library and Contacts solely to perform its core function: identifying duplicates, blurry photos, and empty contacts. We only access the data you explicitly permit, and this data is never uploaded to any external server.
3. Third-Party Analytics We do not use any third-party tracking or analytics SDKs that collect your personal information.
4. Subscriptions and Payments All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store via RevenueCat. We do not have access to your credit card information or payment details.
